This deep scarlet is truly the most romantic of reds with its hints of pink and beet.
Finish: Rich cream; high pigment payoff, completely opaque.
The first thing I want to say about my experience with Axiology's lipstick and lipcrayon (in the shade Valor), is that they are very hydrating and comfortable on my lips. They have a slight sheen, but it's not to the point of highlighting the lines of the lips and making them look unflattering. Because of these points, the lip products I've tried, are not budge- nor smudge-proof. Like all lip products, you can blot the moisture away with a thin sheet of toilet paper. It'll give more of a matter lips and make the products stays on better. The best part of the lipstick is the hydrating formula and the colour. It's such a gorgeous shade of pink. It can lean a bit towards the red side, which makes a heavy application, give off the beautiful you see on the lips, on the picture above. Sheering it out gives a healthy and pretty shade of pink, that can easily be applied on the cheeks, for a nice flush of colour.
This one is like a bright brick red, very warm and earthy. Looks very good on olive skin.
Rich also love the shade or color
I think I should have gone somewhere I could test these because the colors seem totally different from their descriptions and swatches. This is a gorgeous formulation of lipstick and the case is great. But this isn't red. It is a deep blue/burgundy tinting to almost brown. Lovely lipstick but not what I was expecting based on the description.
I love this lipstick because of how buttery and pigmented it is. I worried it wouldn't be that pigmented, but it's actually create with one swipe and even after blotting. I only gave it a 4 because the color isn't my fave (personal preference) on my skin tone (med-dark caramel). It's less red and more a deep, dusty rose. Still lovely, but not the striking red I was hoping for. I got a sample of Worth and found I liked that shade more!
