We are currently looking for a production assistant to join our small team in beautiful Bend, Oregon. Must be enthusiastic to learn and grow alongside our awesome all-women team.
Position requires ~20 hours a week with full-time opportunities starting this Fall/Winter.
As a production assistant you’ll likely be responsible for things like:
-assisting our formulator with packing orders
-cleaning lipstick molds
-preparing products for shipment
-singing happy birthday with the rest of us (but only when it’s someone’s birthday)
You will not responsible for:
-fetching anyone coffee
-wearing awkward business attire
-working weekends (unless there’s an emergency)

Axiology is run by a small, all-women team located in Bend, OR. We are a vegan, sustainable beauty company and we are on a mission to end the 120 billion units of waste produced by the beauty industry every year.
We have multiple employees who have been with the company since launching in 2014. Axiology employees (aka the fam) stick around because we value honesty, kindness and good Spotify playlists.
Our motto is “Bunnies Over Profits” and everything we do ladders up to the belief that companies have a responsibility to honor the planet and all of its creatures in the process of doing business. We launched in 2014 when Ericka, the founder, realized that her lipsticks were tested on animals. Ericka is a life-long vegan and was horrified to learn animal testing was still a thing in beauty. So, she decided to launch her own clean, vegan lipsticks, crayons and zero waste Balmies.
Axiology has been featured in Forbes, Allure, Elle, and Oprah magazine. We are currently retailed at Ulta Beauty, ASOS, Credo, and The Detox Market.
