Currently, our site only offers USA shipping but we have plenty of great international partners, please find them on our Where to Buy page here. 

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping and fulfillment takes between 2-5 business days.

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

Due to the nature of our product we are unable to offer returns or refunds but we are happy to replace any item that is defective or damaged. Please email us at orders@axiologybeauty.com

As a small, environmentally conscious beauty brand, we have a no-returns policy for several important reasons:

  1. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee it hasn't been opened or tampered with
  2. Even unopened products may have been exposed to varying temperatures or conditions
  3. For customer safety, returned products cannot be resold

  1. Returned products must be disposed of as waste
  2. This creates unnecessary environmental waste from both the product and packaging
  3. Additional carbon footprint from return shipping
Sustainability Goals

  1. We produce in small, carefully planned batches to minimize waste
  2. Returns would force us to overproduce to account for potential returns
  3. This goes against our commitment to sustainable manufacturing

  1. Unlike large retailers, we can't absorb the costs of destroyed products
